Ordering
Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using MTN Mobile Money, Airtel/Tigo Cash, Telecel Cash, Visa, or Mastercard. Once payment is confirmed, we'll process your order immediately.

Absolutely! We source our products from trusted suppliers and guarantee authenticity and quality. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.
Each product listing includes size information. If you're unsure about sizing, message us on WhatsApp with your usual shoe size and we'll help you choose the perfect fit. We use standard European (EU) sizing.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method (MoMo or card). You'll receive a confirmation message once the refund is processed.
